📦 Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders due to the personalized nature of our products.

However, returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a detailed explanation. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect and cannot be replaced
  • You cancelled the order before production started

Refund terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

🔁 Replacements

In most cases, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Our team will remake the item based on your original order and deliver it as quickly as possible.
